About Us

Dave is a long way from Lynnfield, Massachusetts where he was born and raised, and where he developed his “can-do” personality. Dave came to the DC area to attend The American University followed by GW’s University’s Business School. With his positive attitude and ambitious spirit in tow, Dave relocated permanently to Montgomery County, Maryland where he now lives with his wife and three children.  Dave is a spirited Boston sports fan.  He is also a foodie and loves specialty sandwiches in the DMV.  Ask Dave for his Top 10 favorite places to grab lunch.

Sam Fishman has eleven years of experience in real estate, and just celebrated his 10 year anniversary with Goldberg Group as a Senior Property Manager and Vice president of client development. Sam has experience across a variety of different real estate classifications including residential leasing, residential sales, commercial , and multifamily . As a Potomac, Maryland native and current resident, Sam focuses on Montgomery County, Maryland and Northwest Washington DC. He attended Churchill High School and Indiana University.

I was born and raised in Montgomery County, MD, and joined the Goldberg Group seven years ago, where I have met some amazing people along the way and built some lifelong relationships. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren. I also love crafting, especially crocheting. I love watching the Redskins play; win or lose, they are still my team.  Last but not least, my best friend is Jax, my four-legged mutt.

Denzel was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and grew up seeing Montgomery County and Washington DC as a short getaway to a more bustling area for learning and cultural experience. This has turned into a love for the art and process of making and enjoying a good coffee or tea, seeing live music, and of course the near infinite details and nuances of the real estate and property management markets. Denzel loves knowing that there will always be something new to learn/discover in this business and takes serious the task of putting that knowledge into his lifes work. My current goal is to see every Orioles Opening Day baseball game!

Melissa is a dedicated real estate agent with over nine years of experience, joining Goldberg Group in 2023. Raised in Montgomery County, MD, she has a thorough understanding of the area's neighborhoods and community dynamics. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), which has significantly contributed to her real estate career by enhancing her grasp of client needs and behaviors. In addition to her real estate expertise, Melissa has experience as a mortgage processor and administrator to builders and developers which has given her a broad and insightful perspective on the financial aspects of real estate transactions and the home-buying process. Fluent in Spanish, she is adept at serving a diverse clientele and addressing the needs of Spanish-speaking individuals and families. Outside of her professional life, Melissa enjoys traveling with her husband and reading.

I was born and raised in Maryland and later attended college in Baltimore, where I built a strong connection to the local community. I’ve always had a passion for sports. Growing up, I played soccer and even had the opportunity to compete overseas which is an experience that shaped my appreciation for teamwork and different cultures. I enjoy trying out new food places as I enjoy connecting with others, especially when it comes to sharing experiences and learning about different cultures. These experiences led me to my connecting with clients at GGPM.

I’m a licensed real estate agent and property manager who grew up in Frederick, Maryland. After graduating from the University of South Carolina in 2022, I got started in residential real estate and property management. I enjoy helping people find the right place to call home and making the process as smooth as possible. When I’m not working, I’m usually out on the golf course or grabbing some good Mexican food—or an egg sandwich, my go-to favorite.

Mike has been in the Real Estate business since 2012 helping families buy, sell and rent homes throughout Maryland. Mike joined GGPM in 2023 and is both a MRPPMC certified Property Manager and Licensed Realtor. Mike resides in Rockville with his wife and two kids, a dog and a couple of cats.

Aleks is originally from Sterling, Virginia, and earned his degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Mason University. In 2020, he moved to Montgomery County, where he has since made his home. Known as a natural problem solver, Aleks brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to all management challenges. Outside of GGPM, he is an avid motorsport enthusiast who enjoys the speed, strategy, and preciseness of racing.

Alex was born in Silver Spring, Maryland, and spent the majority of his life in Miami before returning to Gaithersburg two years ago. He brings a calm and solutions‑oriented approach to his role on the Customer Service team, ensuring tenants receive timely and accurate support. Prior to joining GGPM, Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through rock climbing and biking.

Eileen genuinely lives for customer service. She approaches every interaction with professionalism, kindness, and a sincere desire to help, ensuring that each person feels heard, valued, and respected. Known for being thorough, she goes above and beyond to create positive experiences, earning the trust and appreciation of those she serves. A true lover of the outdoors, Eileen finds balance and inspiration in nature, especially wherever water can be found. At home, she is a devoted wife and proud mother of three, bringing the same care, patience, and compassion to her family life as she does to her work.
